Busy Eye Games™, as a pioneer in neurogame development, aspires to the highest standards of ethics to set an example in a nascent industry that has inherited a history of egregious privacy abuses and bold-faced moral and ethicsl violations from the videogame and social media industries.
Inspired by transhumanist philosophies, the neurorights foundation and complying as best as possible with the EU's GDPR, the following Neurorights Notice and Neurotech Transparency Disclosure are presented below to all current and potential users of "Brain Rage™ at the Office".
While self regulation is by no means ideal, this is the best we can do while the world and the industry catch up to impose rigorous standards for the protection of commercial neurotech users. In the meantime, feel free to push your neurorights further either through your government representatives or by contacting us with related inquiries and audits.
